Mike is the Senior Director of the Client Peripherals Product Group at Dell, and has been with Dell Technologies for over 24 years. His experience covers emerging markets, including leading marketing management of over 80+ CEE and MEA countries, WW markets in the some of largest countries, with some SMB and consumer activity. Mikes focuses on being innovative and pushing the process on generally accepted boundaries and taking informed risks to improve business performance.

Tait is the Global Client Product Marketing Manager, for Dell Technologies and has been with Dell for a little over 8 years. Tait is Experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics and information technologies industries.

Tamecka McKay, Chief Information Officer for the City of Fort Lauderdale, largest city in Broward County, is an industry certified IT professional with over 23 years of experience. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, dual associate degrees in Psychology and Computer Information Systems (with honors) and currently pursuing her PhD in Public Policy at Florida International University.

Proudly serving the residents of the great City of Fort Lauderdale, Tamecka oversees the city’s entire technology infrastructure including cloud, and on-premises data centers, network, servers, storage, telephone, email, desktop support services as well as public safety technologies including Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) units, License Plate Readers (LPR), body corn camera technology, security surveillance and mission-critical radio communications networks for emergency responders and various internal and external local government departments.

Before joining the City of Ft. Lauderdale, Tamecka served the role of Enterprise Infrastructure Services Manager for Broward County Public Schools Information Technology Department. Prior to joining Broward Schools, Tamecka was the Information Systems Manager for the Town of Davie where she also chaired the Strategic Planning and Process Improvement Committees. Tamecka has been recognized for her dedication and commitment with the Town Administrator’s Dedication and Leadership Award and Employee Recognition Committee’s Spirit Award.

Tamecka serves on various community boards including the Broward College Computer Science Advisory Board, Broward Schools Technology Advisory Committee (TAC), Society of Information Management, VMUG Board of Directors and leads VMUGs Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.

Gus Chavira is the Alliance Director and Chief Architect for VMware Solutions at Dell. Gus has extensive experience and expertise on the VMware solutions and software stacks as well as in Enterprise virtualization, storage and enterprise data center design. Gus has worked in capacities of Sys Admin, DBA, Network and Storage Admin, Virtualization Practice Architect, Enterprise and Solutions Architect.

Mike Libecki can define his life in two ways: An obsession with exploring and climbing the world’s most remote and untouched corners of the planet to find huge, world class first ascents and exploration, and a being a dedicated father to a daughter that wants to save the world. Libecki has completed more than 85 major expeditions all over the planet with a goal of 100 expeditions, & has explored everywhere from Afghanistan to Antarctica, Greenland to Guyana, Siberia to Socotra Island, Yemen and everywhere in between. Mike is also a producer, director, videographer, photographer, humanitarian, and conservationist. He is a math and tech nerd at heart and uses the latest technology on his expeditions to share stories. Mike and his daughter Lilliana founded a non-profit organization that focuses on conservation and humanitarian work around the world. Katie is the Global Sustainability Consultant for Dell’s Client products covering laptops, tablets, desktops, workstations, and displays. In her role, she works closely with the engineering and innovation teams to develop, source, and launch new sustainable materials, energy efficiencies, and renewable product packaging. She is also responsible for the strategy of sustainability inclusion across the various product lines and region availability. Prior to this role, Katie has been involved in public relations, campaign management, crisis communications, and competitive intelligence over the last 15 years at Dell. She is also the recipient of a Texas Emmy award for her work producing the TV show, The Daytripper. She lives in Austin, Texas, and enjoys spending her free time hiking trails, seeing live music, or lounging at the lake!

Megan Carrasco-Beyer is the Global Product Sustainability Marketing Lead at Dell Technologies. A nearly 15 year veteran of the company, Megan oversees the marketing strategy for Dell products and advocates for the sustainability efforts going on behind the scenes to make our products responsibly. Megan is a certified Climate Reality Corp Leader and is passionate about using technology and data to tackle climate issues. Megan lives in Austin, TX, with her husband and two children.

Sarah is the a Marketing Consultant for Dell Technologies’ Recycling & Sustainability Services. Sarah has been at Dell for over ten years regularly working within social impact and corporate social responsibility focusing on Dell’s Moonshot sustainability goals.  is the Canadian Country Leader for the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group. He is born and raised in ‘the 6ix’ aka Toronto, Canada and has been with Dell since 2006, serving as a subject matter expert in Microsoft licensing, Virtualization and end-user computing. Amit graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours BSc in Health & Disease. He went from studying the human body to the computer chassis. James is currently responsible for the growth and future vision of PC-as-a-Service for Dell Technologies. He started at Dell in 1999 and has held several roles across marketing, operations, and sales. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

Matthew Luhn is an accomplished storyteller, instructor, motivational keynote speaker, and story consultant, with over 20 years’ experience creating stories and characters at Pixar Animation Studios. Alongside his story work in Hollywood, Matthew works with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and other professionals how to craft and tell stories that bridge the gap between business and heart to build stronger brands and business communication.
